My experience was divine and delicious! Thank you to the awesome staff who were nothing less than friendly and inviting during my first visit. I really enjoyed their tasty mozzarella sticks, the saucy cheese fries and incredibly juicy half-chicken dinner. This is a must—try item, the chicken was so tender and moist I couldn’t believe how good it was, so just know I’ll be back just for that! Can’t wait to try other menu items from Serena’s Grill because they have a variety of options to choose from and great dinner meal deals.

Hands down one of the best hidden gems in Chicago! The food at Serena’s is unreal — everything was fresh, flavorful, and served hot. I tried the dipped Italian beef, the golf coast burger, the Chicago dog, onion rings, and a Greek salad, and I’d recommend every single thing. You can tell they take pride in quality and service. (My all time favorite is the dipper Italian beef!!!) The staff was friendly, the kitchen was clean, and the portions were generous (I definitely left full and happy). Plus, the vibe inside is super casual but modern — perfect for a quick bite or casual meal with friends.

The cheeseburger (a double at that) was nothing but short of amazing! I was craving a burger and after a 7 minute walk, best late night trip ever! The manager Alan's hospitality was incredible I felt so welcome - coming back here before I leave Chicago!

The food here was so tasty, the hamburger was delicious and the fries were as well! The staff there was so nice. Overall, I would come here again 10/10

I love this new place in Gold Coast and have been trying out their full menu every day since opening. The Greek salad with chicken and house made sauce is killer! The gyros, burger, hot dog, Greek fries, chicken sandwich on pita, cheesecake, and chocolate cake are also amazing. The staff is incredibly friendly and hospitable. Quick service too in a great vibe to sit looking out the doors on a pretty day. Absolute awesome new place for great food. The price is extremely reasonable. Welcome to the neighborhood!

Serena’s truly impressed me. I ordered the Polish sausage and the burger, and both were absolutely delicious.The portions were generous, and everything tasted fresh. On top of that, the service was excellent. The staff were super friendly, which really made the experience even better. If you’re looking for great food and even better service, I highly recommend checking this place out.

Absolutely Amazing!! The taste of each item I had was so authentic and flavorful.. customer service was also very good everything felt right on time! Please do go and when you go... I can tell you to get a half chicken, burger, or the great Gyros!!! :)
